By booking an appointment with us you agree to the following terms & conditions.
Thank you for choosing Woof & Whistle Grooming Spa, I endeavour to always treat your VIP as one of my own so they enjoy a calm relaxed experience.

Please let me know of any allergies, illness or behavioural issues upon booking. Please also let me know of any triggers with anxious or aggressive dogs

I now implement a strict policy on cancellation fees so missed appointments will need to pay 50% of the groom if 48 hours notice is not given. If this happens on a regular basis full payment will need to be made before any future grooms.

Please let me know if you are going to be late as time is allocated to each individual dog I may need to re schedule your appointment if more than 15 minutes late.

De-matting fees also apply, if your VIP has matting a surcharge will be added. Whilst I obviously take every care with your pet occasionally redness & irritation can be caused by matting for which I am not liable. Whilst I obviously exercise due caution, grooming equipment is sharp and I will apply emergency first aid if necessary. You will be informed of any incidents and it will be logged in the accident book.

In the event a pre existing condition is uncovered and I feel veterinary assistance is required you will cover all expenses.

W &W will not be liable for death or injury arising from any pre existing condition.

If a dog will not tolerate the process and I feel it detrimental to their safety I will end the appointment and suggest methods of how to move forward.

Pregnant dogs will not be groomed

Please let me know of you think your dog may have fleas or ticks, their appointment may have to be rescheduled to a time when adequate cleaning can be commenced after so as not to risk infestation in the studio. Fleas uncovered at a groom will result in the studio being closed until cleaning can be completed at a cost of £30.

You accept prices quoted are an estimate, additional fees may be incurred for dogs larger than assumed, de-matting, coat condition or unreasonable behaviour.

Late collections will now be charged at £5 for every 15 minutes of extra time as appointment times are allocated so as to ensure the studio is cleaned before the next client arrives. Pens or crates are not used so the next client may be impacted if you are late.

Please also ensure your dog is toileted prior to an appointment.
